S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. provides a "semi-finished" product whose SURFACE CONDITIONS (state of cleanliness, presence of calamine, etc ...) may not allow it to be marketed or sent to subsequent stages without being subjected to further finishing processes for which S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. it is not internally equipped.

S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. does not imprint any additional MARKING on the discs / semi-discs supplied for processing by the Customer and the marking already present on arrival, which must be affixed in a suitable position, will not be reported regardless of the processing undergone.

S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. includes in its offers a FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS, compatible with its own equipment (molds, rollers, etc ...), offers must always be submitted to the customer's technical staff for an evaluation of processes and dimensional and technical characteristics that will lead to the realization of the proposed products. By accepting the offer, all production steps indicated above will also be accepted.

S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. certifies its products on the basis of the fabrication Code indicated by the Customer when ordering, as well as all non-destructive tests required. If no particular regulation is required, these checks will be carried out according to European regulations.

During the fabrication S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. generally applies internal workshop TOLERANCES, even if not explicitly indicated in the offer. Any specific needs of the Customer must be assessed, adequately discussed in a preventive phase and agreed on a case-by-case basis with the Sales Department.

Anything not explicitly described and listed in offers and order confirmations is understood to be excluded, any discrepancies with respect to needs of the Customer or any special requests may be pointed out and discussed with the Technical-Commercial Office always at disposal for any doubts and/or information.
