Types of machining

The operative part employs 35 people including head-workshop, department supervisors, welders, flangers, pressoperators and warehouse workers: each with well-defined tasks and divided into the following production departments:

• Marking and cutting
• Trimming and bevelling
• Forming with dishing presses
• Edge profiling with flanging machines
• Manual welding and automatic submerged arc welding
• Heat treatments

The annual production is about 5,000 tons of heads, including material in complete supply and on behalf of processing.
